About the Department

Year of opening of the Department – 2018-19

The Department of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management in Rayagada College (Autonomous), Rayagada was opened in Academic Session 2018-19 with teaching facility in Degree Classes in Arts.

The B.A. (Hons) IR & PM course started in 2018 in the self-financing mode. The Department follows CBCS syllabus from 2018-2023 and NEP syllabus from 2024 onwards.

The Department imparts teaching facilities in:

  • Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (I.R. & P.M) as honours subject.
